About This Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to fill a critical position in our organization. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from large datasets and applying statistical modeling techniques to drive business outcomes.

This role demands a strong foundation in data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools such as Power BI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges and improve outcomes
  • Mine and analyze structured and unstructured data using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Spark
  • Build and implement predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency
  • Assess and validate new data sources and collection methods for accuracy and relevance
  • Develop custom data models and scalable algorithms tailored to business needs
  • Use Power BI to visualize insights and communicate findings effectively
  • Lead automation of data flows, reporting, and analytical processes using Python, R, Power Query, and cloud-based tools
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy models and monitor performance
  • Design and implement tools and processes to track model accuracy, data quality, and business impact
  • Deliver training modules and mentor junior analysts to build analytical capability across the organization
  • Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • At least 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
  • Proven experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization best practices
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS
  • Skilled in process mapping, redesign, and automation of complex workflows
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change
