Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Analytics Specialist to join our team. As an Analytics Specialist, you will play a critical role in uncovering meaningful insights from large-scale health data sets and delivering actionable strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage advanced data analytics, predictive modeling, and real-world data to inform product and marketing strategies. Your expertise will help drive business growth and enhance decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leverage advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques to uncover key trends and opportunities in healthcare data.
  2. Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using Python and SQL.
  3. Collaborate with regional analytics teams to ensure consistent quality and innovation in predictive modeling and machine learning.
  4. Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, from development to market launch and post-market monitoring.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query).
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
