Job Summary:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights that inform business strategies and support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate across departments to design impactful reports, visualizations, and predictive models that solve real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and validate data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

- Develop SQL queries and automate data processes for efficient reporting.

- Work closely with internal teams to understand business goals and define analytical needs.

- Present insights clearly through written reports and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Contribute to data governance, quality, and integrity initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- 13 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and ETL processes.

- Understanding of predictive analytics or machine learning is a plus.
