Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing complex credit information of loans for companies and industries, providing support to the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team, and performing complex credit investigations on companies and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze financial statement transactions and positions based on internal controls and industry standards.
  • Provide work direction and training to co-workers regarding processes.
  • Participate in process meetings and interact with process SMEs.
  • Perform administrative functions, research on access accounts, projects, and maintenance and database conversions as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial analysis and knowledge of credit analysis, US GAAP, and 10K & 10Qs.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with good comprehension and business writing skills.

Job Expectations:

  • Work on activities related to Regulatory Reporting using financial metrics, debt schedules, WFCC, and discounted cash flows.
  • Portfolio support activities.
