Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective CRM journeys and automations, with the goal of boosting customer conversion and promotional communications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM campaigns, with experience working on SFMC CRM platform and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work closely with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in CRM campaigns in Ops function at high-growth or technology companies
  • Experience working on SFMC CRM platform
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams
  • Understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies
