Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various tasks related to contract and legal document management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in accordance with our internal playbook.
  • Coordinate contract and legal department document management, ensuring all necessary paperwork is up-to-date.
  • Manage the LEI chart and apply for initial LEIs and renewals via Bloomberg, maintaining accurate records of company information.
  • Update and maintain Certificate of Incumbency for funds and corporate entities, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Populate contract abstraction charts, utilizing knowledge of contract document management best practices.
  • Assist with general corporate filings, such as preparing FinCen BOIR reports, as needed.
  • Manage fund and corporate entities through the registered agent portal, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
  • Prepare state formation and dissolution entity filings, requiring meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements:

This position requires 3-5 years of experience in a similar domain, with a strong understanding of contract and legal document management principles.
