Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of software products.

  • A strong background in software testing, quality assurance practices, and trade finance platforms is essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in functional and non-functional testing, including system, integration, regression, database, performance, stress, etc.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks, Selenium Webdrivers, TestNG, and other relevant tools is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex test data sets for thorough testing.
  • Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure high-quality output.
  • Train junior software test engineers on quality assurance best practices and improve team productivity.
  • Collaborate effectively with product developers, direct manager, and engineering peers to develop correct solutions.

This role requires a strong track record of delivering excellent results to internal or external clients. The Quality Assurance Manager must be able to work with minimal supervision, integrate well with the Implementation Services team, and adapt to changes in requirements.
