Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. This involves developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans that cover functional and non-functional requirements
  • Create detailed test cases for various software processes
  • Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA
  • Report testing results, defects, and issues to development teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for day-to-day activities
  • Maintain records of test procedures and ensure software is bug-free
  • Ensure compliance with software standards and quality assurance processes
  • Good understanding of C/C++ and Matlab
  • Good understanding of automotive protocols like CAN, LIN, and Ethernet

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate /B.E/B.Tech /MCA/ MBA or any postgraduate degree
  • 04 - 08 years of experience in a related field
  • Familiarity with ECU testing, vehicle EE debugging, and automotive electronic control systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve functional, cost, weight, timing, and quality objectives
