We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will lead full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.

  • Configure Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics based on client needs.">">
  • Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy.">">
  • Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.">">
  • Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support.">">
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training.">">

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics, as well as strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
