Job Description">

As a key member of the social media team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns that drive results.

The role requires an expert understanding of social platforms as either broadcast media or narrowcast in designing engaging experiences through insights, technologies, and expertise, with a constant test and learn approach.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Conduct deep analysis of Category, Competition, Consumer, Culture & Brand to develop unique, differentiated insights.">
  • Create an integrated strategy platform for campaigns/pitches that serves as an ideal springboard for the creative team.">
  • Prepare and present compelling visual presentations with sharp perspectives and riveting narratives.">
  • Translate business objectives into social/digital media objectives, enriched by proprietary benchmarks.">
  • Analyze available insights and define overall strategy in terms of Distribution and Amplification, including competitive analysis.">
  • Develop the right advertising strategies to achieve goals, considering objectives, challenges, and limitations.">

You will work closely with the client servicing team to continuously improve thinking, direction of strategy, and recommended programs and tactics.

Requirements">
  • ">
  • Post Graduate degree with around 7 years of experience in brand planning, social, and/or digital campaign management, digital creative strategy.">
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.">
  • Research and data analytical skills, generating data-based insights to weave into the strategy process.">
  • Passionate about fast-evolving social/digital media environment, with a strong point of view to share with clients and colleagues.">
  • Eye for innovation and next emerging platforms or partners to consider in brand, social/digital strategy results.">
  • Ability to work effectively, proactively, and seamlessly with integrated teams.">
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments.">
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.">
  • Skill in using Data Analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics etc., ideally MS SQL.">
  • Familiarity with enterprise software such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social etc. would be an added advantage.">
