About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in B2C sales management, preferably in the wedding or services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is ₹8 lakhs - ₹12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
