Role Overview

As a seasoned Demand Planning expert, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) demand management initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and reliable demand forecasts align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand planning strategies to enhance forecast accuracy and streamline planning processes.
  • Conduct regular demand planning meetings to evaluate and adjust forecasts as needed.
  • Utilize historical data and market trends to build accurate demand forecasts.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the demand planning cycle.
  • Implement and maintain industry best practices in demand planning.
  • Mentor and train junior team members in demand planning methodologies.
  • Facilitate scenario planning to evaluate business impact under different assumptions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in demand planning or a related area.
  • In-depth expertise in SAP IBP and demand forecasting.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end demand planning initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
