Job Title: Azure MLOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Professional to lead the development and implementation of machine learning pipelines using Azure Machine Learning services.

  • Pipeline Development:
    • Design and implement robust ML pipelines utilizing Azure Machine Learning services, leveraging expertise in data manipulation and algorithmic modeling.
    • Collaborate with data scientists to transition models from development to production, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability.
    • A strong knowledge of Azure Databricks is required for efficient data processing and analytics.
  • Automation and CI/CD:
    • Automate training, deployment, and monitoring of ML models using Azure DevOps, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
    • Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices for model updates and versioning, ensuring consistency and reliability.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance:
    • Monitor deployed models to ensure operational standards are met, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ML models, minimizing downtime and maximizing system availability.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Maintain documentation of ML processes and pipelines, providing clear guidance for stakeholders and team members.
    • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards, protecting sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Provide technical support and guidance on ML best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.

The ideal candidate will possess 6-8 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing ML pipelines using Azure Machine Learning services. A strong foundation in Azure Databricks, automation tools like Azure DevOps, and programming languages such as Python or R is essential for success.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust ML pipelines, collaborating with data scientists, and ensuring the smooth operation of deployed models. They will also be expected to maintain documentation of ML processes and pipelines, ensure compliance with data governance and security standards, and provide technical support and guidance on ML best practices.
