Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and maintenance of Machine Learning (ML) products. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the scalability of ML solutions, as well as implementing and maintaining models within pre-approved/pre-qualified campaigns and live digital journeys.

Furthermore, this role requires strong technical expertise in end-to-end ML/MLOps system architecture, including model/BRE implementation, debugging, and production maintenance. Proficiency in Python, PySpark, NumPy, Pandas, SQL, and Linux is essential, with familiarity with Koalas and Dask being a plus.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Databricks, Spark, Data Warehousing, and pipeline orchestration. Additionally, they should be skilled in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline setup and management, including automated model deployment.

A strong understanding of FastAPI/Flask for building scalable ML models APIs is also desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters or undergraduate degree in Computer Science/Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering
  • 6–8 years of overall industry experience with 3–4 years in Machine Learning (ML)/MLOps or Business Rule Engine (BRE) implementation

Technical Expertise:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end ML/MLOps system architecture including model/BRE implementation, debugging, and production maintenance
  • Proficient in Python, PySpark, NumPy, Pandas, SQL, and Linux. Familiarity with Koalas and Dask is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Databricks, Spark, Data Warehousing, and pipeline orchestration
