Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements for management review.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment follow-ups to ensure timely cash flow.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and ensure accurate data entry in accounting software.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, statutory compliances, and other regulatory documents.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, tax consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com).
  • 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience (manufacturing sector preferred).
  • Proficient in accounting software (MS Excel) and able to analyze complex financial data.
  • Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other taxation rules.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
