Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support finance reporting and accounting tasks, with expertise in business operations, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including data management and coordination across teams.
  • Prepare and share regular business performance reports, highlighting revenue trends and financial insights.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records, including reconciliations and account management.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, ledgers, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Support accounts payable/receivable management and payment follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 0-2 years of experience in operations and/or finance, with a focus on analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with exposure to CMS/ERP tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
