Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional to manage day-to-day financial operations, compliance, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the real estate and construction industry with proven expertise in regulatory submissions, project-based accounting taxation, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and books of accounts.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Manage project-wise accounting and cost allocation for construction projects.
- Prepare and file quarterly submissions and compliance reports.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory returns, including GST, TDS, and other relevant documents.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor vendor payments, client receipts, and ensure timely settlements.
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; M.Com/CA Inter preferred.
- 2-5 years of accounting experience in real estate/construction.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with regulatory submissions and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliances, including GST, TDS.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
