Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and support our Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and scalability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Linux/Unix OS service administration, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and optimizing shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency. Additionally, the candidate will provide application support, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of production environments.

The successful candidate will collaborate with DevOps and development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. They will also implement best practices for system security, backups, and disaster recovery, as well as monitor system health and proactively resolve potential issues to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Mandatory Skills

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes
  • Strong experience with Linux and Unix OS service administration
  • Expertise in Shell Scripting
  • Application support experience in production environments
Good to Have Skills

The following skills and qualifications are desirable but not mandatory:

  • Exposure to DevOps tools and processes
  • Familiarity with container orchestration and CI/CD pipelines
