Job Title: Sr. Associate, Legal, Global Contracts Team

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Sr. Associate in the Global Contracts Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law, with experience in negotiating and drafting agreements. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

This role involves providing legal support to various teams across the organization, including LGFS and SSG. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating master lease agreements, providing advice and guidance on asset finance issues, and supporting sales and procurement agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • LLB or JD degree with admission to practice
  • 5 years of experience in contract law, preferably in technology transactions

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
