Campaign Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, SMS, push, direct mail, and in-app.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, incorporating targeting, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
  • Set up recurring and ad-hoc campaigns with accurate audience targeting rules and testing scenarios.
  • Utilize Adobe Campaign's data model and query capabilities (SQL) for segmentation and targeting.
  • Leverage behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to develop targeted lists.
  • Ensure compliance with opt-in/opt-out rules by managing suppression, seed lists.
  • Implement personalization and templates, including configuring personalization blocks, dynamic content, and message templates.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design responsive, personalized email templates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and conduct A/B testing for optimization.
  • Generate campaign reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-7 years of experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic/v8) campaign execution and management.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, compliance, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR.
  • Familiarity with SQL and JavaScript for segmentation and audience building.
  • Hands-on expertise in campaign workflows, typologies, schemas, personalization, and message templates.
  • Understanding of data flows, customer journeys, and campaign automation.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel orchestration, including email, SMS, push, direct mail, and in-app.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with reporting and campaign optimization.
  • Able to collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
