Job Summary

We are seeking a senior professional to assume a leadership role in our revenue cycle management department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing innovative strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency.
  • Establish best practices in accounts receivable management and devise strategies to optimize collections.
  • Utilize deep understanding of revenue cycle management and KPIs standards to drive insurance collection.
  • Collaborate with downstream revenue cycle offices to ensure seamless payment posting, AR follow-up/denial management, and patient billing processes.
  • Ensure the portfolio meets client and internal performance benchmarks.
  • Develop leadership capabilities and business acumen of direct reports.
  • Execute policies, processes, and procedures of the organization.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 14+ years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process with in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
  • Currently working as Associate Director or minimum 2 years as Senior Manager.
  • Proven track record of handling teams of 150+ with leadership capabilities.
  • Expertise with MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel.

  • Leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Customer Service focus with strong Employee Retention capabilities.
