Job Description

As an expert in data transformation and analysis, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and performance of ETL pipelines deployed into Azure cloud environments.

With a strong background in Python and Pytest, you will design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Azure Data Factory ETL pipelines. Your expertise in SQL queries and data profiling will be instrumental in validating data transformations, mappings, and integrity.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and developers, to understand ETL and POWER BI specifications and data flow requirements.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing test cases, automating functional, regression, and performance tests, documenting test plans and cases, and providing timely feedback on issues.

Additionally, you will maintain and improve our test automation frameworks, leveraging Pytest fixtures and libraries to validate Azure data factory activities.
