Geospatial Data Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Data Specialist to join our organization. With a strong background in data analysis and expertise in ESRI products, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting geospatial data to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Management: Search, collect, process, and manage large datasets, including GIS data, satellite imagery, and other spatial data sources.
  • Validate and ensure the accuracy, quality, and completeness of spatial data.
  • ETL operations: Perform ETL operations between GIS applications/database using Esri Desktop or Server.
  • GIS Analysis and Mapping: Conduct spatial analysis, map creation, and geospatial model development to aid various projects and initiatives.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through quality checks and resolution of data discrepancies using ArcGIS Data Reviewer.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in RS, GIS, Geoinformatics, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge on imagery-based data creation on Esri platform.
  • Minimum 4+ Years of experience in Data Specialist role.
  • Familiarity with Image processing techniques.
