We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Powertrain Development Engineer.

This role involves working with clients to optimize their powertrains using our software platform.

You will be responsible for assisting clients in simulating the operation of electric motors, pumps, and compressors as well as whole 3-D vehicle systems and vehicle powertrains.

Evaluate and resolve technical support requests submitted via email, phone, or other channels.

Serve as a customer advocate in shaping and driving the product roadmap, enhancements, and improvements; Conduct independent research aimed at designing and defining new software features and functionality.

Identify trends and inefficiencies to enhance support processes and improve the user experience.

Support evaluation projects for potential new customers.

A master's degree in automotive, mechanical, process, aerospace engineering, etc. is required along with ~3 years of work experience designing powertrains and/or engines, including measurement and instrumentation, and controls.

Previous participation in SAE student competitions (g. Formula SAE, Formula Hybrid) or activities in similar societies or consortiums is also a benefit.

Programming skills in languages such as Matlab and Python are an advantage.

The primary work location will be our office in Pune, India. We've adopted a hybrid work policy asking employees to report to the office 3 days per week.
