Regulatory Expertise in Open Banking

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in the realm of Open Banking. As a key member of our regulatory expertise team, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting and translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable business insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations (PSD2, PSD3, UK Open Banking, and Open Finance) to identify areas of compliance and non-compliance.
  • Develop comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Engage with stakeholders to document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Support internal advocacy efforts by contributing to regulatory insights and compliance timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed requirements for new system features.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record of 10+ years as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or UK Open Banking is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with different Open Banking Frameworks and API integrations.
