Director of Customer Relationship Management

Cvent, a leading global technology provider for meetings and events, is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and implementation of its customer relationship management (CRM) system.

The ideal candidate will have 17+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with expertise in managing multiple orgs and strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions integrations, customer-facing Experience Cloud sites, and cross-system data synchronization.

We are looking for a visionary leader who can bridge technical depth with strategic insight, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement across our CRM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle, overseeing multiple orgs and managing strategic initiatives
  • Implement modern DevOps practices, aligning platform capabilities with evolving business needs
  • Bridge technical depth with strategic insight, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, configuration, and customization
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions
