We are currently seeking a Technical Team Lead to oversee Oracle HFM in a global support environment. This role involves strategic initiatives and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Oversee system configuration, performance tuning, and issue resolution
  • Manage close cycles, ensure compliance with corporate standards
  • Optimize and streamline processes using metadata management techniques

Requirements:

  • 10–12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
  • 4+ years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing teams
  • Deep expertise in HFM administration and issue resolution
  • Proven track record in financial consolidation and managing close cycles
