Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Relations Executive to join our team at CaseMine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with clients from the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with new clients to drive business growth and expand the company's market presence.
  • Work with the sales team to identify and target potential opportunities, ensuring the alignment of client needs with company solutions.
  • Initiate and manage outreach strategies to build a strong client base, fostering long-term partnerships and maximizing revenue potential.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to discuss their needs, present solutions, and address any concerns.
  • Evaluate market trends and client feedback to refine approaches and enhance engagement strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on those from the legal sector.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of our services and solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments within the legal sector to better understand client needs and provide relevant insights.
  • Provide regular reports on client interactions, satisfaction levels, and feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in client relationship management, business development, or a related role.
  • Prior experience in the legal sector is highly preferred.
  • A degree in Law or an MBA is preferred. Alternatively, significant experience in managing legal clients or in a related field will be considered.
