Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare detailed budgeting and costing plans, analyzing gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Effectively allocate and level resources, conducting productivity analysis to optimize site operations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Manage client communications, preparing and approving claims.
  • Conduct thorough rate analysis for extra items and obtain client approval.
  • Establish and monitor material procurement schedules based on baseline programs, planning for shortfall as per Key Dates achievement.
