Production Operations Director

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contact center operations and management, with experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine productivity standards to meet financial goals and create bonus incentive plans for production personnel.
  • Develop and implement budgets for assigned production projects.
  • Coordinate and attend recurring status meetings with clients to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Manage all production projects to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the Senior Manager will also be responsible for:

  • Conducting work activities of any manager when necessary.
  • Reviewing and approving all billing regarding their projects in the organization.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or related area.
  • At least 10 years of contact center, back office, or BPO experience including 4 years in a supervisory role and 4 years in a management role.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Contact Center or Back Office management role.
  • Experience in managing Bilingual (English/Spanish) call center operations highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Proven experience managing more than 300 full-time employees or a specific call center industry BPO market segment highly preferred.
