Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced KYC Operations Manager to join our team. As a mid-level leadership role, this position is responsible for leading and guiding a team to deliver comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting.

The key objective of this role is to design, implement, and manage a robust internal Know Your Customer (KYC) program for a multinational organization. This includes leading KYC operations in alignment with compliance frameworks, policies, and internal control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage KYC Operations: Oversee Business-As-Usual (BAU) and client refresh processes, while identifying opportunities for global process migration and scalability.
  • People Management: Provide effective coaching, mentoring, and ensure service-level standards are consistently achieved.
  • Collaboration and Supervision: Collaborate with Compliance and senior business leaders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and business objectives. Supervise client onboarding processes and implement enhancements to improve the client experience.
  • MIS Reporting and Quality Assurance: Deliver timely and accurate MIS reports for senior stakeholders and conduct quality assurance reviews on onboarding and refresh cases to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain and update the 'Book of Work' for system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
