Job Title: Senior Social Compliance Auditor

">Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned social compliance auditor with expertise in managing complex auditing processes and fostering collaborative relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety or Environment, and advanced degree is preferred.

  • Business Acumen and Customer Service Orientation: Strong ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment with persons of varying socio-economic status, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Social Compliance Expertise: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social compliance & CTPAT auditing, with at least 200 verifiable audit days, including proficiency in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is preferred, and additional certifications like SA8000 Auditor, RBA, BSCI, Higg or equivalent are highly valued.
  • Travel Requirements: Frequent domestic travel and occasional overseas travel are required for this position.
