Relationship Manager

">Description:

The Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring and retaining high net worth customers by offering them a superior customer experience.

This role involves liaising with other relationship managers to flag eligible customers, acquiring new customers who meet product criteria, and regular interaction with customers to build rapport and understand their needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of banking products and processes, and the ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Acquire and retain high net worth customers by offering them a superior customer experience
  • Liaise with other relationship managers to flag eligible customers
  • Acquire new customers who meet product criteria
  • Regularly interact with customers to build rapport and understand their needs
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, branch banking team, operations, product team, asset team, treasury, credit, life/general and health insurance partners, AMC's, HDFC Securities, Wealth, HNW Product Team, Digital banking team

The successful candidate will also have a post-graduation qualification, preferably in finance or a related field. They will be certified in AMFI, IRDA, NCFM (optional), Customer Relationship Management Certifications (from IIM B) and have experience in portfolio management.
