Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers to define climate functions for vehicles.
  • Sustain optimal driver experience and cabin climate conditions.
  • Support performance targets for individual components.
  • Work with simulation analysts to analyze cooling and heating system performance virtually.
  • Verify heating system test outcomes and recommend necessary actions.
  • Ensure vehicle compliance with legal and certification requirements.
  • Lead the System FMEA for heating and cooling systems.
  • Responsible for securing heating and cooling system requirements.
  • Manage Q-Tools like D-FMEA, S-FMEA, Risk register, DFA, and DFAM.
  • Deliver tasks independently and guide junior team members.

This role involves working in projects across the organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
