**Job Title:** Holiday Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Holiday Operations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating customized holiday itineraries that meet our clients' unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive holiday packages that include accommodations, flights, activities, and local experiences tailored to each client's budget and preferences.

2. Ensure seamless execution of holiday bookings by handling hotel reservations, flight confirmations, and activity arrangements.

3. Maintain open communication with clients to address their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

4. Address customer escalations related to bookings and itinerary changes, resolving issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.

5. BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH VENDORS TO SECURE COMPETITIVE RATES AND HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE DELIVERY.

6. Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide expert recommendations to clients.

7. Ensure accurate travel documentation and completion of necessary paperwork before departures.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in holiday operations or a related field.

2. Proven track record of successfully handling hotel bookings, flight confirmations, and travel itineraries.

3. Excellent understanding of travel products and services, including flights, hotels, activities, and more.

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

5. Ability to problem-solve and handle customer escalations professionally.

6. Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Passion for travel and a deep understanding of customer service principles.
