Requirements

  • Experience: 24 years of experience in helpdesk operations, installation coordination, or vendor management.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ticketing/CRM software.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
