Job Title

This role is a Senior Technical Specialist for the Cloud-based Service platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolving complex technical issues while working with our global support team to provide industry-leading technical assistance for our suite of Cloud-based Products
  • Providing Tier 2 support to our partner's level-1 support teams with assistance in problem resolution by providing answers and troubleshooting for our customer base

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud-based services and telecommunications, knowledge of typical service provider processes and systems architecture, and an understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred)
  • 8-10 years related experience
  • Professional certification (CCNP or Expert-level CCIE) is an added advantage
