Enterprise Data Systems Developer

This role is a pivotal position for a skilled data engineer to contribute directly to the design and development of cutting-edge data systems.

  • Drive Development Efforts: Contribute high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across data pipelines, APIs, and platform components.
  • Communicate Project Deliverables: Own the communication of project deliverables, timelines, and risks to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every step.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions, partnering closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end value.
  • Design Data Architectures: Design and deliver robust and future-proof data architectures that support analytics, APIs, and machine learning initiatives.
  • Lead Technical Execution: Lead the technical execution of key projects, ensuring progress is clearly communicated and roadblocks are proactively addressed.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Partner cross-functionally to co-develop architectural roadmaps, implementation plans, and go-live strategies that meet business requirements.
  • Participate in Stakeholder Reviews: Participate in stakeholder reviews and provide clear, actionable updates on technical progress, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Guide Platform Optimization: Guide platform-level optimization, including cost efficiency, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Set Best Practices: Set best practices for data governance, lineage, quality, and security in a distributed data environment.
  • Mentor Engineers: Mentor engineers, fostering a strong technical culture and continuous learning environment.

As a key member of the data products team, you will be responsible for driving the development of enterprise-grade data systems. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that meets business requirements.
