Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead our unsecured lending division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing business strategies, product development, risk management, partnerships, and digital growth in the personal loan segment.

This role requires deep knowledge of financial services, fintech innovations, customer acquisition, and credit policies.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Business Growth & Strategy
  • Own end-to-end profit and loss statement for the personal loan business.
  • Define business plans, growth roadmap, and product strategies.
  • Drive customer acquisition through digital channels, affiliates, partnerships, and co-lending agreements.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the portfolio.
Product Development & Process Management
  • Develop innovative personal loan products aligned with customer needs.
  • Optimize loan approval turnaround times, onboarding journeys, and digital lending processes.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to build seamless digital experiences.
Risk Management & Credit Oversight
  • Collaborate with credit and risk teams to define policies, scorecards, and underwriting models.
  • Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency, and non-performing asset trends.
  • Implement robust fraud detection and collection strategies.
Stakeholder Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead and build a high-performing sales, product, and operations team.
  • Manage relationships with affiliates, fintech partners, credit bureaus, and lenders.
  • Work closely with regulators, auditors, and compliance teams.
Financial Performance & Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive profitability through sustainable interest income, fees, and cost efficiency.
  • Regularly track performance metrics – disbursements, yields, and PAR/NPA levels.
