Bulk Hiring Manager for Micro Loan Division

"]As a bulk hiring manager, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, lining them up, and arranging interviews for the micro loan division. This includes coordinating with hiring teams to ensure selected candidates have the required documents. Once cleared, you will initiate the process of releasing offers to selected candidates and monitor their onboarding progress in the system.

"]Additionally, you will conduct interview drives at various locations and track daily offer numbers to meet targets. Frequent travel to respective locations is expected as part of this role. A hands-on approach to sourcing methodologies, including LinkedIn and Social Media, is necessary to succeed in this position.
