- Monitor customer retention and ensure timely renewals to minimize losses">
- Develop strong relationships with valuers and valuation agencies">
- Provide training on potential fraud and ornaments to Gold Loan officers">
- Design a customer journey that leads to customer delight and loyalty">
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks across the business">
