The successful candidate will work closely with political parties and government bodies, providing advisory support on governance and policy initiatives.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive research on governance issues across various sectors such as public health, education, rural development, and infrastructure.

  • Extract insights from large datasets using Management Information Systems (MIS) to drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop reports, policy briefs, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and government officials.

Requirements include a strong understanding of Indian governance systems, policy making cycles, and the political ecosystem.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or Law is preferred, along with excellent writing and presentation skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
