Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Interior Designer to spearhead the creation of interior spaces that embody style and functionality. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of design principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate client requirements into visually stunning realities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present comprehensive design concepts to clients through engaging presentations and idea boards.
  • Create precise sketches, drawings, and floor plans using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and manual drawing skills.
  • Evaluate and interpret client needs, ensuring every project meets their unique expectations.
  • Maintain a portfolio of exceptional work showcasing versatility and innovative flair.
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential projects is mandatory.
  • Prior experience with modular interior design is highly valued.
  • A registered diploma or degree in interior design or architecture is essential for this role.
  • The ability to manage multiple clients and projects independently is crucial.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Google Sketch-up is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are necessary to convey complex ideas effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Academic Qualification: Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch
