About the Role:

We seek an experienced and skilled senior interior designer to fill a key position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities in the furniture and interior design sectors, convert prospects into clients, and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and commercial real estate professionals.
  • Solution Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our furniture and interior design solutions to effectively communicate value and meet client needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets, expand our customer base, and maximize market share.
  • Negotiations and Deal Closures: Conduct negotiations with clients, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure alignment on client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in furniture, interiors, or a related industry.

Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
