Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced team leader to manage a team of professionals handling verification processes. This role requires strong leadership, process adherence, and excellent communication skills to ensure timely and accurate case closures while maintaining quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead and motivate their team, monitor calls to ensure quality and accuracy, and oversee the timely closure of cases. They will also provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to improve individual and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of background verification professionals.
  • Monitor live and recorded calls to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
  • Oversee the timely closure of verification cases while ensuring adherence to turnaround times.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to improve performance.
  • Handle escalations effectively and coordinate with internal departments.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in background verification or the BPO industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and call monitoring tools.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
