Lead Social Compliance Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to conduct thorough social compliance audits and ensure adherence to international labor standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English.

  • Conduct thorough social compliance audits to ensure adherence to international labor standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to auditees on social compliance best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of audit findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Degree in Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety or Environment; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) is preferred;
  • SA8000 Auditor Certification, RBA, BSCI Certification, Higg or equivalent is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in social compliance & CTPAT auditing is preferred with at least 200 social compliance audit days (verifiable).

  • Languages:
  • Fluency in English is essential;
  • Proficiency in additional languages is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to international labor standards through regular audits and monitoring.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address areas of non-compliance.
  • Train and guide auditees on social compliance best practices.
