Lead Ethics and Integrity

This pivotal role is a champion of ethics and integrity across the organization.

It involves leading internal investigations into ethical violations, managing POSH compliance, conducting training programs, and strengthening corporate values. Collaboration with HR and leadership ensures policies uphold trust and respect.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate internal matters regarding ethical misconduct or policy breaches.
  • Manage POSH compliance through case handling and committee coordination.
  • Develop and deliver ethics training to foster a culture of integrity.
  • Review and update policies related to ethics, compliance, and workplace conduct.
  • Ensure alignment between HR, legal teams, regulatory standards, and organizational values.
  • Maintain confidential reporting systems and prevent retaliation.
Strategic Functions
  • Embed ethical principles into decision-making and leadership practices.
  • Monitor compliance trends and address emerging risks.
  • Advise senior leadership on ethical dilemmas and policy implications.
  • Support ESG initiatives through ethical oversight.

We seek an individual with 8+ years experience in ethics, compliance, HR, or legal roles, possessing deep knowledge of POSH regulations, strong communication and policy management skills, and high discretion and attention to detail.
