Role:

Business Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

We're hiring recent graduates to join as BI Analysts.

As a BI Analyst at our company, you'll work directly with clients and our internal team to design dashboards, analyze complex datasets, and deliver meaningful insights.

This role combines technical skills with business problem-solving, giving you end-to-end ownership of BI projects.

This is a high-impact role where you'll learn fast, contribute significantly, and help shape the future of our BI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Design and build dashboards using our BI tools
  • Partner with business teams to translate requirements into actionable insights
  • Conduct business analysis to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with product and client teams to enhance BI use cases
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with BI/dashboard tools
  • Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data analysis
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets
  • Familiarity with advanced BI features such as forecasting, clustering, or data modeling
  • Prior exposure to startups or client-facing BI projects
