Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our product technology team during night shifts.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and advice to customers, utilizing case management tools, and meeting high customer demands by delivering high-quality support services.
  • They will also create knowledge articles for reuse, identify training opportunities, and utilize strong communication skills to direct customers during critical situations.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
  • Experience working with technically diverse teams and strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Practical knowledge of core components such as databases, networking, Java, and operating systems, as well as object-oriented programming background preferably in Java, are highly valued.

Tech Skills:

  • Strong experience implementing or supporting client-server architecture or multi-tier applications.
  • Practical knowledge of web and web services development, including use of RESTful APIs, HTML, and XML.

  • Provide technical support and advice to customers and partners.
  • Utilize PTC's case management tool to log issues, track status, and related activities.
  • Meet high customer demands by providing high-quality support services.
  • Create and publish knowledge articles for reuse by PTC customers and employees.
  • Identify and recommend product and support training opportunities.
