Lead Frontend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive UI development for our innovative platform, collaborating closely with backend and UX teams.
  • Transform wireframes and designs into polished, production-ready interfaces that meet the highest standards.
  • Establish and enforce UI best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Design and implement high-quality React components with Zustand and TailwindCSS.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of growth and knowledge sharing within the front-end team.
  • Explore and implement micro front-end architectures, including POCs for embedding low-code apps (e.g., Bubble) into React.
  • Integrate APIs and WebSockets to enable real-time agent interactions and gamified UI elements.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, focusing on scalability and performance to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on front-end/UI development experience.
  • Strong expertise in React and its ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with state management (Zustand) and TailwindCSS.
  • Understanding of real-time communication (WebSockets).
  • Familiarity with micro front-end architecture and low-code integrations.
  • Strong grasp of design patterns, code reviews, and scalable UI practices.
  • Agile mindset – thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
